FAME AND FENTANYL

During the last 15 years of my career in local TV news, I reported extensively on the opioid crisis, which began with painkiller abuse. 

It led to heroin addiction and then the explosion of fentanyl-related deaths, which started around 2013.

Superstars in the entertainment industry were among the hundreds of thousands of Americans who died from fentanyl overdoses. 

Host Ice-T explains the extent of this pubic health emergency in a two-hour documentary produced by Candle True Stories.
